About this fifth wheel
We have a soft spot for trade-ins like this. This 2021 Monarch 3750RL was a retired couple’s full-time home for two seasons. They traded it in when they moved into a park model in St. George, and it shows the care of people who actually lived in it.
It is the same coach Cascade Coach still builds today: full-body paint, a four-season envelope, rear living with a 60-inch picture window, a residential fridge, a king bedroom up front and a stackable washer and dryer already installed. A half bath off the living area is a nice touch when you have company.
Our service team replaced the bearings and brake pads, resealed the roof and cycled every slide and leveling jack. A few small scuffs on the paint and some leather wear on the driver-side recliner are the only signs of age. At roughly half the original sticker, this is the cheapest way into a true luxury fifth wheel that we have seen in a long time. Bring your one-ton truck.
