Toy haulers are usually heavy. This one is the exception. The 2023 Dune Rat 2412 weighs about 5,980 pounds dry with roughly 710 on the hitch, so it is one of the very few toy haulers that a well-equipped half-ton can pull. You still get a 12-foot garage, a ramp door and a 30-gallon fuel station.

The layout is efficient. A queen bed lifts electrically over the garage, the garage sofas fold down for extra seats or beds, and a front U-dinette makes into another bed. It has a compact kitchen and a side bath with a 32-inch shower. The 3,020 pounds of cargo capacity means you can load two dirt bikes and all your gear.
